"Setting it up was more frustrating than I expected"
I tried setting up an event and got annoyed quickly. Maybe I missed something or just wasn’t looking in the right places, but the menus felt confusing and a few options were weirdly hard to find. It ended up taking way longer than I thought it should. Could just be me, but it didn’t feel very easy to use.

"Integrations were kind of a pain"
We tried using regfox with the tools we normally use, and it just didn’t really come together the way we expected. Some things weren’t syncing right, or at least not consistently, and we ended up having to go in and fix stuff manually more than we wanted. Maybe there’s a better way to set it up, but for us it was frustrating.

"Attendee tools turned into extra work for me"
I really wanted the attendee tools to make things easier, but it ended up feeling like they made every issue my problem to deal with. The attendee list was messy, check-in took longer than it should have, and the exports kept needing cleanup before we could actually use them. For our event, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Reporting could be better"
I used RegFox for an event, i’m a little hesitant to recommend it if reporting is important to you. The signup side was mostly fine for the basics, but the reports just didn’t give me what I needed. Filtering was tougher than I expected, the exports felt kind of messy, and I ended up rechecking numbers in spreadsheets more than once. Support did respond, but their answers didn’t really solve the issues for me. It worked, I guess, but the analytics side was disappointing

"Felt stuck trying to customize the form"
I thought changing the form to look the way I needed would be simple, but it turned into this weirdly frustrating process. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get it to come together, and after a while I just felt kind of trapped messing with the same settings over and over...

"Fees weren’t as clear as I expected"
I tried RegFox for a small event, and at first glance I figured the pricing was straightforward. I kind of took the simple-looking setup at face value and assumed I understood the costs. But once I got further into the process, extra fees started showing up that I hadn’t really accounted for. Maybe I should’ve dug around more, but it felt like the kind of thing that should’ve been obvious upfront. Ended up feeling a little sneaky and frustrating...

"Really let down by the slow support"
I reached out because I was having an issue setting up my event, the wait for a proper response was way too long. When someone finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve the problem, so I ended up having to follow up again. For something that people rely on during live ticket sales, I expected support to be a lot more responsive. Disappointing experience overall

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried signing up for an event, but the checkout kept freezing right at the point where I was ready to pay. I had to type in all my details twice, which was especially frustrating because it was the little stuff like my phone number and billing address all over again. Then the payment page just sat there with no clear error message or explanation. It was a really annoying experience, i wouldn’t be excited to use it again...

"RegFox has been decent for taking..."
RegFox has been decent for taking payments, and for the most part it got the job done. I’ve used a few registration/payment tools in the past that felt a little more predictable, so I noticed it when a couple of transactions took longer to show up or when someone said their card failed without an obvious reason.

To be fair, support did respond and help us sort things out once we reached out, so it wasn’t a disaster. I just wish the payment side felt a bit more reliable, especially on busy signup days when you really don’t want to be second-guessing whether payments are going through

"We were trying to get through checkout, and..."
We were trying to get through checkout, and of course the pages decided to load really slowly. Then checkout froze twice, which was super helpful when we actually needed it to work.
